You can use Tax-Free childcare as full or part payment for your Barracudas holiday camp booking.
You can either book online and select this option or notify us over the phone. Either way your booking will save on our system for 10 days until we receive your voucher payment. If we haven't received the minimum payment by this time your booking will automatically be removed and you'll need to book again.
We should receive the payment within 7-10 working days. Until we receive this your booking will remain as a 'provisional' booking.
Once we've been notified of your payment we'll confirm your booking with an email. If you're not sure how to proceed please call us on 01480 467 567 and we can run through the process.

Paying in instalments
If you book early, you can pay monthly interest-free instalments using Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers, helping you spread the cost of your school holiday childcare.
You can secure your booking by paying our minimal deposit amount with Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers, then pay us in instalments up until the balance due date or clear the full balance by our balance due date.
Making a booking less than a week away
If you're booking within 7 days of the booking start date, or your camp is busy and we have run the registers for that day/week, this option won't be available in the payment section. In this case you'll need to make the full payment by credit/debit card at the time of booking.
You can still pay with Tax-Free childcare or Childcare Vouchers; just request the payment as you would normally and we'll reimburse you once we receive the payment.
