Competition terms and conditions

We will be holding a number of competitions via email or on our Facebook and/or Instagram page this year. If the competition is running on both platforms, winner/s will be selected from all entrants or those that meet the competition criteria.

Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over.
2. No employees of Barracudas Activity Day Camps and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. Closing date of the competition will be stated in the email/on the social media post. Entries will not be registered after this date. 
4. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
5. Only one entry will be accepted per person and multiple entries for the same person will be disqualified.
6. The prize is as stated and no cash or alternatives will be offered. Prizes are not transferable or re-saleable.
7. Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received. The winner will be contacted via email/direct message (DM) on the social media platform used for entry within 3 days of the competition closing. 
8. The prize winner must respond to the notification and share their contact details within 24 hours to confirm their acceptance and ensure receipt of the prize package.
9. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. Any entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be rejected.
10. Any entries containing offensive or inappropriate content will be removed.
11. The promoter is Barracudas Activity Camps, Airfield Industrial Estate, Unit 9, Warboys, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, PE28 2SH.
12. The decision of the promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
